Finding Providers

Accessing Provider Directories

Members can go to www.ththealth.org/care (or select "Find Care" from any page on the website) to begin a provider search.

  1. Enter your home ZIP code (even if yourare currently away from home)

  2. Select yourmedical plan.

  3. Click "See My Options" to be redirected to the available provider networks and care options, including medical and behavioral health.

    1. If on desktop, use the tabs on the left to select types of providers, such as Primary Care, Specialist, Urgent Care, and Behavioral Health.

    2. If on mobile, use the dropdown towards the top of the page to select the desired type of providers, such as Primary Care, Specialist, Urgent Care, and Behavioral Health.

  4. If seeking a certain type of specialist, continue with the steps below.

From this page, search the full network or view selected Health Investment Network providers, which may offer reduced member cost share for eligible services. The site also includes links to related care resources such as urgent care, hospitals, telehealth, dentists, vision providers, and other benefit-specific tools, depending on the type of care the member needs.

Searching for a Specialist

You may be referred by your primary care provider or search directly for a specialist in our network. While THT does not require a referral to see a specialist, the specialist may require one.

After completing the steps above and selecting Specialist, continue with these steps.

  1. Click or tap the button Search all Specialists

  2. You will be redirected to the proper network directory tool

  3. Type in your ZIP code or address

  4. Type in the type of specialist you're looking for to complete your search

What if the kind of doctor I need is not on my network?

If you need care from a specific type of doctor, and that type of doctor is not available on the network associated with your plan, please contact UMR at 855-858-6860 to start the process of getting special approval for an out of network provider.
