C-PAP Machine: These machines are typically dispensed on a trial-to-own basis. Member copays are $30 per month during the trial period and $30 for the final purchase. The final purchase must be made within 4 total months of using the machine.
Masks, tubing, and filters are filled as needed, and the total copay per fill will not exceed $30. Supplies filled at the same time as the C-PAP machine will not incur an additional copay.
