You can quickly access your UMR claims, statuses, and Explanation of Benefits (EOB) documents by logging in online or using your mobile device.

Sign in using your username and password, or register as a new user.

Locate the Claims tab in the main menu to view your claims dashboard.

Filter or search through your claims to find specific dates, claim status details, and view associated EOBs.
