Accessing Medical ID Cards

You can quickly access your digital UMR ID card by logging in to your account on the UMR website or by using the UMR | Health app on your smartphone. You can also order replacement physical cards at any time at no charge.

Here is how to get it:

  1. Via your computer:

    1. Go to UMR.com and click Log in/Register.

    2. Select Member and log in using your HealthSafe ID.

    3. Click on ID Card from your dashboard to view, print, or fax a copy.

  2. Via your smartphone:

    1. Download the UMR | Health app.

    2. Sign in with your HealthSafe ID.

    3. Tap View ID cards to pull up your digital copy

    4. You can also save it to your phone's digital wallet (Apple Wallet or Google Wallet) or take a screenshot to keep it handy.

  3. Call UMR Member Services

    1. If you don't have internet access or prefer to speak to someone, call 855-858-6860 for assistance if retrieving your digital card or ordering a new physical card.
