If you forget your password or are unable to log in, the Member Portal allows you to reset your password using a secure verification process. A verification code is sent to your registered email or mobile phone to confirm your identity and protect your account.
To Reset Your Password:
Go to the THT Member Portal
Select “Forgot Password”
Enter your registered email address
A verification code will be automatically sent to your email
Check your inbox and enter the code
Create and confirm your new password
If You Do Not Receive a Verification Code
Check your spam or junk email folder
Confirm your email address is entered correctly
Wait a few minutes and request a new code
Always use the most recent code sent
Verification codes are time-sensitive and typically expire within 3 minutes
If your code expires, you must request and use a new one
