The Member Portal is an online tool that allows you to manage your health plan. Through the portal, you can view your dependents, review and update beneficiary information, and manage certain personal details related to your coverage.
You do not need detailed plan information to register. However, you will need personal identifying information to verify your eligibility in the system.
Required information to Register:
Social Security Number (SSN)
First Name
Last Name
To Register:
Go to the THT Member Portal, or the THT homepage and click "Log In"
Select “Create Your Account”
Enter your Social Security Number, first name, and last name
Enter your email address and phone number
This will be the email address used to sign in in the future. We will also send important updates regarding your plan to this email address.
Don't worry, you can change your email address at any time.
Enter the 6-digit code sent to the email address entered.
Create a password
To Log In:
Go to the THT Member Portal, or the THT homepage and click "Log In
Enter your username and password
Select either Email or SMS to receive a 6-digit code.
If you do not have a mobile number on file, it will automatically send the code via email.
Enter the 6-digit code within 3 minutes
Select "Continue"
