Prescriptions filled pharmacies other than the Premier pharmacies listed above incur additional choice fees. Retail prescriptions filled at CVS and Walgreens, will incur the highest choice fees, while prescriptions filled at all other pharmacies incur a flat $10 Choice Fee per prescription.
